LIFE BALANCE YOGA:
Wake up your body to a gentle and holistic total body workout in this yoga class designed to bring balance to your body and your life.
Keep your muscles strong and flexible by attending this no-impact class that combines weights and stretching exercises to help keep you young and pain free. Bands, dumbbells, bars and balls may be utilized in order to firm, tone and sculpt long, lean beautiful muscles. Perfect for every fitness level, this class uses basic moves but provides ideal results...a solid body!
This class uses predominantly mat work to increase flexibility and balance while focusing on the deep, core, stabilizing muscles of the abdominals and back to create a long, lean and toned look.
SILVERSNEAKERS ® I:
MUSCULAR STRENGTH & RANGE OF MOVEMENT: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activity level for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance. Plus, a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
SILVERSNEAKERS ® II:
CARDIO CIRCUIT: Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
SILVERSNEAKERS ® CHAIR YOGA STRETCH ®:
Yoga unites the mind, body and spirit. Yoga improves: range of motion, posture, balance, flexibility, energy level, depth perception, memory, concentration, circulation, endurance and sleep. Yoga decreases depression and anxiety. This is a chair based yoga class.
STEP N' STRENGTH:
Step aerobics, total body toning and weight training merge in this body burning, sweat inducing workout that will really get your motor running!
STEP N' CORE:
Choreographed step routines put to the latest in radio hits followed by an INTENSE core workout. You will burn calories and shred that midsection.
STEPPIN 'IT UP:
This fun and HIGHLY choreographed workout offers participants the latest in step choreography. Mambos, pivots, hop-turn, repeaters and so much more! This step class will really get your feet movin'.
STRETCH IT OUT:
Flexibility is the most often neglected component of fitness, even though it can decrease the signs of aging, aches and pains associated with daily life. This class will stretch every part of your body in only 30 minutes.
TONE N' TIGHTEN:
Tighten every muscle in your body in this class that applies multiple fitness principles in order to achieve fast results. Dumbbells, bands, bars, balls, Gliding disks, plyometric drills and more.
This yoga class utilizes classic yoga poses with the goal of increasing total body muscular strength and endurance to create that lean and sculpted look.
