Basic Step & Abs - Get your heart rate up with the basics, weights and bands are utilized. Followed by abs and a short stretch.

Beginner Step - Learn the basics of Step Aerobics. Take your time to learn the steps in this slow paced class geared toward the stepping novice.

Body Sculpt – For all fitness levels, this one hour class uses dumbbells, bars, bands, etc. to challenge each muscle in a different way for maximum results. This total body workout with sculpt a new you!

Booty Kickin’ Step - This high-powered workout offers participants the latest in step choreography. Mambos, pivots, hop-turns and repeaters! We recommend that beginners have a good sense of humor to enter.

Cardio Kickboxing – Boxing, Tae Bo, Tae Kwon Do, and self defense moves are combined to create an intense, sweat filled, fun workout. This class demonstrates many different levels to each move so you can pick the level that is best suited to your fitness level. The class wraps up with 10 minutes of intense abdominal toning exercises.

Core Yoga – This yoga class utilizes poses that activate the muscles of your abdomen and back. Get all the great benefits of yoga plus the core tightening benefits of pilates.

Dynamic Yoga – An energizing blend of yoga poses to increase strength, stamina and flexibility while calming and quieting the mind.

Fit for Life – A low-impact aerobics class for all ages and fitness levels. Great for beginners and for those who don’t like to jump around.

Pilates – This class uses predominantly mat work to increase flexibility and balance while focusing on the deep, core, stabilizing muscles of the abdominals and back to create a long, lean and toned look.

Power Yoga – This class, geared to all fitness levels, combines principles of yoga and fitness. Challenge your body and mind while you work on balance, coordination and flexibility.

Rock Hard Abs – Abs, abs, and then…more abs. Work your stomach muscles like you never have before in this intense 30 minute abdominal only workout.

Slow & Heavy – Get strong, toned muscles in this full hour of weight training. Perfect for every fitness level, this class uses basic moves but provides ideal results...a solid body!

Step & Abs - 45 minutes of heart pumping step followed by an intense 15 minute ab workout.

Step & Burn – Choreographed step aerobics, total body toning, and weight training merge in this body burning, sweat inducing, intense workout that will make you burn, and then burn some more.

Strength and Stretch – Keep your muscles strong and flexible by attending this no-impact class that combines weights and stretching exercises to help keep you young and pain free.

Stretch It Out – Flexibility is the most often neglected component of fitness, even though it can decrease the signs of aging and decrease the aches and pains associated with daily life. This class will stretch every part of your body in only 30-minutes.

Total Body Toning – Tighten every muscle in your body utilizing weights, bands and your own body weight. No jumping around in this class, just toning and sculpting.

Yoga Sculpt – This yoga class utilizes classic yoga poses with the goal of increasing total body muscular strength and endurance to create that lean and sculpted look.

Yogilates – Combine the best of both yoga and pilates in this class that not only tones the midsection but also works on balance and coordination for an all over workout.

Zumba – This isn’t a class, it’s a party! Come and dance to Latin beats while burning calories and sculpting a trim mid section. Geared to all levels, this low impact Latin aerobics class will make you smile and sweat. This is a class you simply can’t miss.
