Lisa Adileh-Hotchkiss
Director of Operations

Lisa’s Passion for health has led her down a successful 20 year career in the Fitness Industry.  Lisa has a degree in Health and Promotions from the University of London, Ontario, specializing in Kinesiology and Exercise Therapy.  Including special interests in nutrition and weight loss.

As a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Lisa has been teaching all types of classes from Circuit, Water work-outs, Step, Cardio Kick, Pilates, Strength Training and Yoga for all ages and fitness levels.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Skin Care Specialist, Lisa has a wide variety of special interests to assist her clients in the most successful overall healthy lifestyle.

Fationa Bushi
General Manager

Fationa was born and raised in Tirana, Albania. Upon  completion of her High School Diploma she immediately moved to The United States to further her higher education. After two years of living and studying in Boston Massachusetts she ventured to Florida and is working on finnishin her Marketing & International Business Degree at the University of South Florida. While exploring new activities and interests she discovered her passion, and enthusiasm for fitness.
Recognizing the way it’s impacted her life she has devoted the past ten years towards a healthy lifestyle. With this path taken Fationa is curently General Manager, and a Group Fitness Instructor, her passion still remains Cycling and Zumba classes. Her instructing and teaching philosophy is to inspire and encourage the essential discipline and aspiration that will maximize the students’ potential and allow them to achieve their personal goals with pride and satisfaction.
 

Kathy Pashkow

Kathy Pashkow has been a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer since the early 80's. Her vast experience combined with her passion and contagious enthusiasm help her to create fitness classes that are varied and challenging for each participant.You can find Kathy on the Group Fitness schedule every day of the week. Come and experience one of her many classes, such as; Step, Slow & Heavy, Fit for Life, Stretch, Silver Sneakers, and more.

Daiva Aviza

Daiva joined the Body Dynamics family in February 2005, where she teaches a variety of classes.

Daiva’s classes are exciting; you’ll never take the same class twice. Her ultimate goal is to make everyone in her class feel challenged, have fun, and leave feeling energized!

Daiva was born in Lithuania , into a family of musicians. When she was 10 years old, she went to music school to study Kankles, a Lithuanian string instrument. In 1983 Daiva was enrolled in the Music Conservatorium in Siauliai , Lithuania , and from 1987-1992, studied at the Academy of Music in Vilnius , Lithuania .

In 1992 Daiva had her first solo recital with an impressive schedule of traveling the Czech Republic, Russia, Ukraine, Germany, France, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, India, and Nepal. In 1996 she came to the United States , and continued working as a solo performer, touring: Chicago Florida , Illinois , Indiana , Ohio , Michigan and California . In 1998, she produced her first audio recording: “Siaures Pasvaiste.”

Daiva speaks Lithuanian, Russian, and English, and is currently studying Spanish.

Pila Cadena   

"PILA" Victoria Cadena-Vega: 50 year old Spinning Instructor Dynamo.  Certified Johnny-G Spinning Instructor for more than 15 years; a Marathon Runner, having competed in and finishing over 20 full and half Marathons.  She is also a certified Step, Salsa and Silver Sneakers Instructor.  And if all of this was not impressive enough, "Pila" is also a three time Cancer Survivor.  A true competitor with a passion for both Physical Fitness and Life.

Pila's other passion for the fine arts, she is an accomplished Artist with her own Studio and Gallery, helps to bring true Style and a unique Design to the Music and Choreography of each and every class she teaches.  "Her music alone is worth the experience".  The "Guaranteed Workout" of a life time, each time; just ask any of her regular spinners, lovingly known as "Pila's Peddlers".

Want to Breath Hard, want to Sweat, then join one of Pila's spin classes and do both profusely. 

Marcia Youngerman

Marcia moved to Floirda in 1988 and began teaching hi/low aerobics at Roberts Community Center. She has always had a love for group Fitness Classes and has formed many great friendships from classes throughout the years. Marcia teaches step, body toning and boot camp at Body Dynamics. Marcia's Body D nickname is "The Energizer Bunny"

Rick DeMaesschalk
Rick otherwise known as "Yoga Rick" has been practicing Hatha Yoga since 1972. He has been teaching since 1979. Rick teaches a form of yoga that heals chronic pain, improves flexibility and reduces stress if done regulary. In 2001 he added Pilates style abdomnial work to his classes to make them even more challenging. Rick is a A.C.E Certified Personal Trainer and also teaches Group Cycling.

Jarunee Parkin

Jaureen is from Thailand and moved to the US in 1987. She has been teaching step and muscle classes since 2001. Jaureen is certified from ACE and B Fit University. She is also working full time at the Venoy Resort Hotel.

 

Anna Bozhilova
Anna was born in Sofia, Bulgaria. She graduated from the first American University in Eastern Europe with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Anna had a chance to come to the US on a student exchange program and I loved it so much that I decided to move here permanently. She have been living in South Pasadena since 1998.
Anna has been part of Body Dynamics for over 10 years. She has been teaching cycling for about 4 years now. "It is the best cardio workout in the world, love the energy, the high intensity and most importantly the friends I have made throughout the years"
She is also a fully licensed professional in the financial industry. Working at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Tampa.
One of her biggest accomplishments was completing a 150-mile charity bike ride between Busch Gardens in Tampa and Sea World, Orlando.

Maxine Hyde

I have been a part of Body Dynamics since 2005 after relocating from Michigan. I have a background in communications and fitness and have combined the two by managing Fitness programs, serving as a television spokesperson for fitness facilities in west Michigan as well as creating a fitness video for Holland Public television. I have been in the fitness industry for 17 yrs as a certified AFAA certified Fitness Instructor and an Apex personal trainer and a Johnny G spin and YogaFit instructor since 2000.

Jim Gibson

Jim & Charlene Gibson are certified spin instructors (AFAA) Their classes combine strength, endurance and speed for sessions that will increase metabolic rate – you burn calories, reduce fat, build muscle and increase your total fitness level.  These classes are not for the faint of heart and will challenge even the most advanced cyclist.  With a high energy music beat to pace with, everyone leaves the spin room with toxins completely sweated-out of their systems!  When not at the gym, they work in their Executive Recruiting business which they founded 8 years ago.”

Theresa Cantrell

Theresa Cantrell came to Florida from Lansing, Michigan 25 years ago and has been a fitness enthusiast since High School. After participating in several Pilates calsses, Theresa was approached to teach. She holds several certificates in Personal training, Yoga Instructor, Body Flow and Silver Sneakers. Theresa is passionate about fitness and loves to share that passion with others.
