I have been going to Body Dynamics since 1990 when Lew Smith sold it to Helen (who bought it for her daughter whose boyfriend might have been a bodybuilder), then it went to Mats Thulin from Sweden (my friend who owns 142 gyms worldwide), then to Jim Amrhein to Bill Edwards. It has always been the local gym attracting locals and people from Canada during their season to be here. You can find good friends here and have an attractive atmosphere to work out in. The staff and people that work there are conscientious, should you need help just ask them. It's the place to work out.
