Nuts (almonds, pistachios, walnuts and other tree nuts) and seeds are a good source of protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. They are also, however, high in calories so eat only about 8 nuts in a serving. FYI – Peanuts are not a nut – they are a bean!
